Outour Storage Investments was founded by Principals who always had a passion for real estate. As investors and developers of real estate projects throughout the country, they saw an opportunity to acquire an asset type that few market participants understood and even fewer institutional investors owned – outdoor storage properties. To take advantage of the opportunity, they decided to build a dedicated platform to acquire these properties across the country. In 2021, Principals of the firm were the most active buyers, having acquired 85 properties that represent over $700 million of asset value across 50 transactions in 30 markets.

 

With many years of experience, the company’s Principals are focused on maintaining their best-in-class reputation; continuing to find creative structures to acquire properties, executing complex business plans, and building an organization that acts as a fiduciary to all its partners and stakeholders.
